MINT Property Care

These Terms of Service govern your use of the services provided by MINT Property Care. By booking or using our services, you agree to these terms.

1. Services

We provide professional exterior cleaning services including window cleaning, gutter cleaning, solar panel cleaning, pressure washing, soft washing, and related property maintenance services.

2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance. Cancellations should be made at least 24 hours before scheduled service. Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

Severe weather or unsafe working conditions may require appointments to be rescheduled.

3. Pricing & Payments

Pricing will be provided before work begins. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

Accepted payment methods will be discussed during scheduling or service.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for ensuring safe access to the property, including removing obstacles, securing pets, and notifying us of hazards or fragile areas requiring extra care.

5. Liability

While MINT Property Care takes professional care during every service, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, failed seals, loose materials, oxidation, cracked glass, worn surfaces, or unsafe property conditions outside our control.

Certain stains, hard water buildup, or environmental damage may not be fully removable.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours and we will make reasonable efforts to correct any service-related concerns.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if property conditions are unsafe or prevent proper service completion.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
